HotmilkIf you’d like to try a penis masturbator that feels great but won’t run you broke, here’s another one that I’d suggest from the Toys Heart line; the Hotmilk sleeve. Funny name aside, it’s one of the best sleeves that I’ve tried for under $20 in terms of durability and comfort.

It comes in a box that isn’t much bigger than the sleeve, with a panty-clad Anime girl flashing her boobs on it. It didn’t do anything for me, but if you’re really into Manga it could probably serve as wank fodder.

There are no instructions (but do you need any?) and only four things on the box are in English; “Hot,” “Wet Groove” “Bumpy Inner” and “Made in Japan.” There’s a small packet of Vaness&Co. lube included, but since we couldn’t get an ingredients list for that we used our own water-based lube instead.

The sleeve is made of a non-latex TPE rubber, but if you’ve tried TPE toys before don’t judge the Hotmilk yet; this one has no smell and no sticky feeling at all. It’s smooth and soft with a supple rubbery feeling that’s denser than Cyberskin or a lot of other TPEs.

I think the materials are what impress me most about the Toys Heart line, because it just feels like something that’s going to last awhile and there’s nothing special you have to do to take care of it. The only even vaguely negative thing about Hotmilk’s blend is that it doesn’t retain heat quite as well as the Si-X Type N sleeve (also from Toys Heart), so if you don’t warm it a little ahead of time it’s got more of a lukewarm feel.

The Hotmilk was smaller than I expected - only about 6" long - but even with its closed-end design it works fine for a larger than average guy because of how stretchy it is. And speaking of the closed end, that’s a feature I’ve really come to appreciate in masturbation sleeves. I’m just not real fond of the sensation of having my dick poking out the far side of the open-ended ones.

Hotmilk’s inner chamber is lined with ripples that widen out toward the end, which means it feels tighter at the entrance. You also feel the ripples less at the entrance because the extra tightness tends to flatten them out. The final chamber has a cluster of short soft ticklers in the tip that can be felt somewhat when you bottom out in the toy, and this same chamber can also be squeezed to release air and create suction on your cock.

It all feels great during use; not an overwhelmingly “intense” toy overall and certainly not like a real pussy, but still very very good. Like I said before, this is the second toy from the Toys Heart line that I’ve tried, and in my opinion you’re not going to find a much better masturbation sleeve without forking over the cash for a Fleshlight on an Autoblow 2.

Since there are no instructions with the Hotmilk sleeve I thought I’d mention a couple of technical things real quick in case you decide to try one out:

  • TPE can be used with any water-based or silicone lubes, but oils can screw it up.
  • You can use antibacterial soaps and toy cleaners on it, but no alcohol or bleach.
  • It’s best to store the Hotmilk either in its own box or in a Ziploc bag so it doesn’t touch any materials that might cause it to degrade. And don’t leave it laying out in direct sunlight for the same reason.

Her point of view:

This is another toy that I would recommend to gals who like to use toys on their men, simply because of how easy it is to use. Even though it looked too small at first, I didn’t have any problem getting it on him in and no problem holding onto it in use. Part of that is because of the fatter-at-the-ends design, but there’s also something about the shape of the opening that keeps the lube inside so I don’t get any on my hands to make it slick.

And as far as cleaning goes, there’s no drama. Just turn it inside out, wash it with soap at water, dry, and repeat for the other side. It doesn’t get any easier than that.
