We were intrigued by the idea of the twisting motion of the masturbator as we felt it may give me a different masturbation experience compared to other products we have used.
Design / Shape / Size
The Shakers Masturbator is designed like many other masturbators on the market and has a plastic exterior. The main difference with Shakers however is the ability to twist down the top of the masturbator which is designed to give extra sensations.
The size of the masturbator is around 6 inches which you can penetrate all way when untwisted and 5 inches when twisted. The entrance to the masturbator is circular and quite wide. We was slightly concerned by this as the entrance is so wide would it be able to stimulate my penis very well if it hasn’t got at least a tight’ish grip on it...
Due to the wide opening you can easily see what is inside the toy, this model has 4 columns of varying sizes of what we call ‘tongues’ that run straight down the toy. These tongues are very soft to the touch and very flexible.
The material of the Shakers feels soft and very stretchable but when compared to the feeling of a Tenga or a Fleshlight the Shakers has a definite cheaply made and won’t last feeling to it.
The twistable top is a novel idea but we was slightly disappointed about the lack of twist possible as it barely rotates which gave us doubts of how beneficial this twisting feature might be. When we originally heard about product we thought it would twist a lot more.
Packaging
The packaging of the Shakers is very basic, there is a little booklet included with the product which describes a little about the product and other Shakers in the range but none of the information is in English. Luckily this product is pretty self explanatory.
According to product information on the internet there was supposed to be some lube included with the masturbator but unfortunately we did not have this in our box so we cannot comment on this.
Care and Cleaning
As this toy isn’t really cleaning friendly as it doesn’t come apart in any way we would only advise using this toy once as we feel this toy can never be completely clean due to it’s design.
Experience
I only needed a little bit of water based lube on the opening of the masturbator and on my penis thanks to it’s wide opening. It was very easy to penetrate and was able to handle my average girth quite easily so men with larger girths shouldn’t have a problem. I immediately felt the tongues inside the Shakers that felt quite nice and as I slid my penis all the way into the toy the tongues lapped the head and shaft very well. Upon trying the twisting feature of the masturbator I quickly learned this feature was completely worthless as it didn’t feel the slightest bit different as the tongues barely moved from their original positions.
Being just over average length I was unable to fully insert my penis into the toy but that is quite normal with masturbators. But an issue with this masturbator is that if you are larger than average you can hit the end of the masturbator and although it’s slightly cushioned it’s quite hard if you thrust into the toy and you could end up being in a little pain.
This male masturbator isn’t particularly tight as it’s billed to be, actually it’s quite the opposite which is a shame as I prefer tight masturbators.
Overall Opinion
Unfortunately other than the tongues feeling nice on this masturbator we cannot recommend it to others as it failed to impress us with many aspects from the awful twisting feature, being a one use only toy and not being tight enough.
We are not big fans of single use only products as they turn out to very expensive masturbation sessions at the end of the day but if you are looking for a single use toy we would suggest people to steer clear of this product and instead go for a Tenga branded product.
