It has a realistic vaginal opening and what they call a “dual density” design, which means that although it's a one-piece toy made entirely of latex-free TPR material, it's firmer or softer on different areas of the toy. Very unique, and I found it to have both its plusses and its negatives.
This particular blend of TPR itself is excellent. It's not sticky, slimy, tacky or smelly like some sleeves are. The pink area that you see in the photo extends down into the toy to form the “sleeve” part, and it's soft and pliable with a bit of stretch to it. I say “a bit” because it's firmer than the average TPR or jelly sleeve, and considerably firmer than on a woman's labia.
The grey area is actually an outer coating of TPR that's very firm and doesn't stretch (although you can squeeze it to an extent), so it acts as a casing for the sleeve. That feature of the toy was great, because it made it easier to control the sleeve in use. There are also long grooves molded into the sides so it's very easy to keep your grip on the toy too.
Now the first problem I encountered (which was minor) is that this is not an overly large or forgiving toy when we're talking about length. It's roughly 7″ overall outside, and I'm guessing as much as an inch less inside. That will be fine for most men, but since the grey outer shell is thick at the bottom and doesn't allow for any additional stretch, guys who are even slightly above average aren't going to be able to go deep with it.
The second problem I had was with the internal texture, and it was the real bugger for me. Along the first half or so of the sleeve there are thin close-set ribs on the walls, and the end half has wide ripples. With a softer blend of TPR it may have felt amazing, but as it was those beginning ribs created a sensation that was a bit rougher than I care for, even with a whole lot of lubricant. The term “washboard” came to mind. The ripples in the end were ok, but my dick was unhappy enough from passing through the ribs that they weren't as enjoyable as they could have been. Needless to say, we wound up quitting the toy before I could finish. Three different times.
Cleaning this male masturbator wasn't so easy either. We've had completely closed-ended sleeves that were easy to clean because you could poke your fingers in the opening and squish them enough to reach all the way down inside them. Not the case with this toy due to the rigidity of the sides. There *is* a pencil-sized opening in the far end, but that part of the toy is even firmer than the sides so it's nearly impossible to get a finger into it at all. We wound up cleaning what we could reach from the business end with soap and water and then just running water through the rest.
I think they have a great idea here but the design could use some tweaking. A little more length would be nice, and perhaps ripples instead of rough ribs… or at least wider more rounded ribs. And since the tiny hole at the end serves virtually no purpose other than to let lube leak out during use, they might as well just make it an open-end design for easier cleaning. They'd have an excellent toy then, but my experience with this one was negative enough that I'm only giving it 2 stars.

From my point of view this is one of the best male masturbators, BUT keep in mind that I'm writing from the angle of someone who used it on someone else! I liked the material for its lack of stickiness and lack of scent, and I liked how the casing kept the sleeve from flopping around when I used it on my bf. It was like using a small, softer, and much easier to grip version of a Fleshlight. That's all good for me. But after sticking my fingers inside the toy I have to say that it did feel a little rough inside, so if I were a guy I'd probably rate it no better than my boyfriend did. This is a toy that I would only suggest for men who like really intense friction.
