The idea behind California Exotic Novelties‘ Travel Head Honcho kit was a good one; give a man a 4.25" long handheld male masturbation sleeve that's easy to pack in any travel bag, and throw in a set of 3 cock rings that he can use to increase his sensitivity and thus enhance his pleasure. The rings vary from 1.25" wide to 2" wide, so there's the potential for experimenting with both the penis-only use and the cock-and-ball wrap too. Yes, the idea was a good one, but the end product… not so much.
For the sleeve, its main downfall was the material. It's made of clear latex-free thermoplastic rubber (aka TPR), is odorless, and has the same soft Gummy Bear-like stretch & pliability typical of all TPRs. Unfortunately, it also has the stickiness of the Gummy Bear I mentioned so it doesn't feel too great in the hand and picks up every hint of hair or lint in the vicinity of it. In hand, the toy stretches quite a bit both in length and width, so at first I was inclined to think it might fit a larger-than-average man. But I'm pretty much an average sized guy and the opening of the toy, which resembles a mini vagina with a .25" hole and belled rings around it, tore during the first use.
Now, the picture on the box has an arrow pointing to those belled rings I mentioned and text saying “Amazing Suction” but I didn't notice suction. What I noticed was that the sleeve, which was tight, stretched oddly during use so that the part along my shaft became thinner and tighter while there was still a portion at the end that I never reached. I know I'm considerably longer than 4.25", so this was a matter of the material being too flexible overall and not opening up to allow any deeper a penetration. As a result, the sensation during use was more like a dull rub and squeeze on the shaft with no real stimulation in spite of the lining of mini ribs in there.
The cock rings are made of firm white silicone that does have a bit of flexibility but isn't what I would call “stretchy.” If you tug hard enough you can gain a little extra room to put them on, but not much. This would be great for men who were looking for something to help delay maintain an erection and delay ejaculation if not for one flaw… a stiff and easily felt seam all around the inside of each ring. Yeah I said the inside, which means that when I was in the process of sliding each of the smaller two rings on there was a rather unpleasant scraping sensation along the length of my dick. I couldn't feel the seams once either ring was in place, but taking them off wasn't exactly fun either. Needless to say, I declined to try the cock-and-ball wrap with the largest one.
The only thing really good about this set in my experience is that it was all very easy to clean; a bit of soap and water did the trick. The sleeve is short enough that you can get a finger all the way to the end to soap there, and it only takes a few seconds to rinse out.
In all fairness, maybe the masturbation sleeve would work for a smaller-than-average man, but I wouldn't recommend it for anyone else.

This was one of the worst sleeves I've ever tried to use on him. It was difficult to get any kind of stroking motion going with it because of the way it stretched, and hard to *keep* on him since it kept wanting to pop off.
