The Big Honcho is made of a clear jelly-like material called TPR, without any latex or phthalates. The surface feels a bit sticky, like most TPR does, yet it doesn’t leave any residue on anything and doesn’t smell. At one end there’s a large bulge in a realistic vaginal shape with a pencil-sized hole to penetrate. I had my doubts as to whether or not I’d be able to fit in it, but the TPR stretched and flexed enough that it was no problem at all. I think it would be safe to say it’s a “one size fits all” masturbator for men.

The opposite end is flat and closed, which is a design of pros and cons. On the pro side, closed penis sleeves generally mean you’re going to be able to get some suction out of the toy during use. The material is too thick to be able to turn the sleeve inside out, and the chamber is small and curved, so in order to get soap all the way to the end you have to work a couple of soapy fingers into it and then scrunch the toy up to reach the end. To rinse it, you have to put fingers from both hands a good way down into the toy, pry it open, and hold it under the faucet. It’s not all that difficult, and certainly not something that will keep me from using the toy regularly, but still not as easy as with sleeves that have larger straight chambers.

Overall this is an excellent masturbation sleeve that would be suitable for beginners or seasoned strokers alike, particularly for the well-endowed men who haven’t been able to enjoy smaller sleeves.
